Working with Zach on the purchase of our home was one of the best decisions we have ever made. As first-time home buyers with very little knowledge of the process, we reached out to Zach roughly a year before our purchase just to ask questions and seek advice. We understand that the initial part of the process is often times an “unpaid” stage for a real estate agent especially when we weren’t quite financially ready to purchase at that time. Zachary was the perfect blend of polite and professional. I had my home on the market with a different agent around four months in 2024. Timing was not right; things did not go smoothly and/or well. I took my home off the market. So many realtors contacted me when they saw the change…wanting to be my next real estate agent. Some were aggressive, nonchalant, and truly did not seem to “listen,” so it was easy to just say–no thank you. Until Zachary, his professional, kind, caring nature won me over. I am so happy the house sold, the new homeowners are delighted, and Zachary adds another “sold” to his resume!
